El Mexicano® Sopes
 El Mexicano® Refried Beans
 El Mexicano® Beef or Pork Chorizo or
 Cooked chicken breasts, pulled
 El Mexicano® Crema Oaxaqueña
 El Mexicano® Queso Cotija, grated
 El Mexicano® Queso Casero, crumbled
 El Mexicano® Salsa Casera
 Diced tomatoes
 Lettuce, finely chopped
 Olive oil
COOKING DIRECTIONS
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet.
2. Place 3-4 Sopes in skillet, fry on both sides, approximately for 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining sopes, adding oil as needed. Set aside and keep warm.
3. Heat the Refried Beans in a 2-qt sauce pan; add your choice of Beef or Pork Chorizo and heat thoroughly. Remove from heat.
4. Spoon bean and chorizo mixture onto each sope; follow with crumbled Cotija cheese or fresh Casero® cheese, lettuce, Crema Oaxaqueña®, and top with Salsa Casera or tomatoes.
Chef’s tip: For spicier sopes, add El Mexicano® sliced Jalapeños or Salsa Taquera!
